Chris Brown has been lately arrested in an ongoing concert in Florida on Thursday night (July 5).
A spokesman for Palm Beach County Jail said the singer, 29, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in neighbouring Hillsborough County, but was unable to say what the warrant was for.
Brown had posted lately a $2,000 (£1,512) bond and was released, according to the spokesman.
Several officers were waiting for the singer after his show at Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. As soon as he wrapped, he was arrested and taken into a police cruiser.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the arrest was for an outstanding warrant out of a nearby county. However, it’s currently unclear what the warrant was for.
Brown, who has been keeping a low profile lately, is currently on his “Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour” with 6LACK, H.E.R., and Rich the Kid, which continues through Aug. 4 in Las Vegas.
